Harvey started his legal career at Ashurst, a leading global silver circle law firm in London. He joined WeWork during hyper-growth as their first commercial counsel in EMEA, his role later expanding to cover global commercial and product legal matters with a focus on digital products and sales channels. He then joined VC-backed tech startup Farewill where he led the legal team and managed their multi-million pound exit in late 2024. Harvey’s experience spans commercial, corporate, SaaS, data protection, technology and product advisory support. He is CIPP/E accredited, the leading certification for privacy professionals working with EU/UK data protection law.

Carolyn Kostelny

Carolyn is an experienced two-time GC and COO at Quorus and Novatus Global following nearly a decade at the Intercontinental Exchange. She has proven success advising businesses on matters related to commercial strategy, regulatory affairs, compliance and operations. She's been a senior leader in startup environments and has supported leadership teams with scaling, commercial strategy, expansion into new technologies and strengthening governance frameworks to support sustainable growth. She has successfully supported fast-growth businesses through fundraising and exit, including the sale of Quorsus to Capgemini in 2022.

Liam Curren

Liam has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, both in-house and in private practice. After studying Biochemistry at Oxford University, Liam converted to law and then completed a diploma in IP law and practice. Since then, he's held a number of senior roles at innovative, high-growth technology businesses, the most recent of which was Group General Counsel at Perspectum, a precision healthtech company and diagnostic service provider to the NHS. Liam's experience is broad, with particular areas of focus being IP, data, privacy and regulatory.
